Standard Operating Procedures
As required by New York State law, these are the standard operating procedures for prospective homebuyers working with Jerry Villani, Villani Homes.
1. Identification
Prospective buyers are not required to show identification to begin a conversation or attend a public open house. Government issued identification may be requested prior to a private showing.
2. Exclusive buyer representation
Prospective buyers are not required to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement to work with us.
3. Pre-approval and proof of funds
A mortgage pre-approval or proof of funds is not required to begin a conversation. It may be requested prior to private showings or before an offer is presented, for the protection of sellers and buyers alike.
