Jerry Villani is a licensed associate real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Realty in White Plains and the founder of Villani Homes. For twenty-five years he has represented buyers and sellers along one line of Westchester, Scarsdale to Somers, along with commercial storefronts and multifamily buildings from Thornwood to the Bronx.

He came to real estate through construction and development, and it shows. He reads a house the way a builder does and advises clients on design, renovation, and construction before they commit. An Accredited Buyer's Representative, he works with clients in English, Italian, and Spanish.

The record backs it up: hundreds of closings, from a Port Chester colonial sold four percent over asking to a $1.8 million Armonk estate, with a $14 million flagship listing on the market now.
